Vibes is a free, mobile-first social event-planning product (web + iOS/Android via Expo). It is positioned as a modern alternative to evite, paperless post, partiful, facebook events, and group-text logistics. Hosts create an event with a cover, theme, capacity, and plus-one rules; guests RSVP (going / maybe / can't go), receive automatic reminders, and chat with the host and each other.

- **Invite people**: by friend, by username, or by sharing a link of the form `/e/<sharecode>`.
- **Track RSVPs**: live counts for going / maybe / can't go, automatic waitlist promotion when a confirmed guest cancels.
- **Communicate**: per-event chat, host announcements, automatic reminders, push + email notifications.
- **Discover**: location-aware feed of public events (`/discover`), with a featured strip on top.
- **Privacy**: hosts choose public / private / approval-required. CCPA/CPRA + GDPR compliant. No ad tracking, no data sale.

## Pricing

Free. Core features (events, invites, RSVPs, messaging, discovery) are free with no usage limits. Future premium add-ons will be clearly labeled.
